FAQ
How should I show up to my appointment?
I ask that you show up bare faced, even without skincare! I have loads of skin prep that I’ve curated to work with the kit that I’ve built. If you have allergies or preferences, you are more than welcome to bring products you’d like me to use. If we are doing a trial for your wedding, please bring the color pallette you will be using for your wedding! It would also be great for you to wear white, or the same color you will be wearing on your wedding day so that we can see an accurate representation of how things will all come together.
How can I prep my skin for the best results?
Skin prep and the condition of your skin is the main factor in how your makeup looks and stays in place. Of course there are things that may be out of your control, but prep will aid in providing the best canvas!
In the month leading up to your appointment, drink lots of water and electrolytes. Hydration is key! I’d also advise drinking coconut water. Make sure the products you’re using on your skin are moisturizing and keeping your skin barrier in tact. Additionally, don’t add any new skincare products into your routine as your skin isn’t used to it and could have a reaction. If you get consistent facials, get one within the month of your appointment!
-
The week before, make sure you’re exfoliating! If you get brows waxed/threaded, please do that within the week before (but not any closer than 3 days before) the appointment. Dermaplaning will also create the smoothest canvas for makeup.
-
Lash extensions are okay, and I’d advise a fill a week before the appointment. Even getting them touched up a few days before is perfect.
-
The night before your appointment, please exfoliate and moisturize!

I will do everything in my power to create the most seamless, flawless glam possible, but please understand that makeup can only do so much on all of us! I cannot get rid of texture, skin creases, or acne, but we can work with it.
